Our Story
The Cake Boutique was founded over a decade ago in 2008 by Penny and Stella. What started as a small home-based business quickly grew into something much bigger. The talented duo created awe-inspiring cakes for all occasions and were even featured on several nationally televised competitions, including Cake Wars and Bake it Like Buddy. The Cake Boutique was also awarded several titles along the way, such as being dubbed as The Knot’s “Best of Weddings” pick. After a decade of building up a successful bakery, both Penny and Stella chose to step back from the company. Calley, who had been the senior baker, bought the company and has been dedicated to carrying on their legacy and continuing to grow the business.
Where we are today
The Cake Boutique is as dedicated as ever to giving our customers top quality sweets. With seasoned decorators and some fresh faces with incredible talent, we are continuing to push ourselves creatively to keep putting out new eye-catching and mouth-watering sweets.
We work with customers to create unique, one of a kind cakes for a wide variety of events from birthdays to showers and weddings. We may be called The Cake Boutique, but we don’t just stop at cakes. We also do personalized sugar cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, candy creations, and so much more. You bring us an idea and we bring it to life.
